CHANGED YOUR MIND?
14 Day Right To Cancel on First Order
If you’ve simply changed your mind and it’s the first time you’ve ordered from us, (after all, we’re only human when we’re not party animals!) you have 14 days to cancel your order and get a refund. Here’s what to do:
1. Email us
- Email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the order
- Please ensure the subject of your email is "Cancel Order'
- Include your full name and address, order number and proof of purchase
- Your feedback is important to us, so please also tell us why you have changed your mind.
2. Return Items
- Return the entire order within 14 days of your email to us.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, including any internal packaging, with seals intact and within the use by date
- Include your info using any of the options below to return
- Fill and send the returns form we sent with the order
- Or if you don’t have the returns form, download a blank form here and include proof of purchase
- Or print out the email you sent us with the correct info and proof of purchase
DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
30 Day Refund / Replace
We’re sorry If your order arrived damaged, faulty or not as expected in any way.
You can report or return the items (use the return slip or download a blank form here) within 30 days from when you received them for a replacement or full/partial refund, to the address below. You can still contact us if it’s after 30 days as we may be able to offer a replacement. Here’s the quickest and easiest way:

- Please ensure the subject of your email is "Refund/Replacement"
- Include your full name and address, order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, specify if you would like items replaced or refunded, send us any other information or photos you have to help us deal with your query faster
2. We’ll let you know what to do next.
- We advise you to email us before posting returns, so we can confirm that items are eligible for a refund/replacement and whether you need to send the items back to us.
ANY OTHER REASON
If you experience any other reason for wanting to return items, such as incorrect items received, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
ISSUING YOUR REFUND / REPLACEMENT
Once your return has been received and checked and you are eligible, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment used within 14 days; or a replacement will be arranged if you have requested this.
REFUNDS ON POSTAGE
- For 14 day cancel orders, you will be refunded the standard delivery postage for sending out the items in the first place. Return postage is non-refundable.
- For damage/faulty items, you will be refunded the original and return postage.
- For replacements, we will refund your return postage if we’ve asked you to send back the items.
- If we have agreed to refund the return postage, we will require you to send us the receipt.
