Menswear and couture shows - done. New collections in store - dropped. We’re inspired. Great presentations from Prada, and London's own E.Tautz. Fresh threads and with Prefunc, fresh everything else.
These curtains are ready to rise! Frith Street Gallery on Golden Square has these delicate printed works by Bridget Smith currently on display. But there need not be any reason to feel delicate this week. Every morning after a gallery opening is no trial at all. Prefunc sorted that out.
One of the nicest deliveries of the month! No not your monthly order of Prefunc, but Freddy’s flowers with some seasonal blooms to brighten up your week. Yours to arrange in your own way. Unlike these flowers though, in a few days you know you can always be refreshed with Prefunc in your arsenal.
That Friday night was great. Friends for drinks at that nice pub near me ended a little fuzzily. But because Prefunc was #atyourside you’re feeling fine the next morning. Come to life at Triyoga studios Saturday morning and feel stretched and ready for whatever else the weekend has in store.
Even with #prefunc on your side Christmas shopping can get exhausting. A well paced day is essential - this has to include many a pause to take stock of stocking stuffers... maybe sneak yourself a little treat too! The cinnamon buns from the new branch of #fabrique bakery now in Covent Garden are the perfect yule shop fuel. #drool #swedishtreats
Flash back to that Frieze Art Fair after party where the food and drinks were as good as the art and the parties went on late into the night but there were still exhibitions to see and people to meet. Prefunc’s social ambassadors were there through it all and still feeling fresh, check out some of the best sights from our week of culture, parties and performance…somehow we survived.
After waking up fresh and energised our new Saturday morning routine is all about Redchurch Street in Shoreditch. First there is a stop at the gym and then a stroll down Redchruch Street, stopping it at London’s newest concept store Modern Society for a coffee and a browse, followed by some Christmas shopping at A.P.C and Sunspell, and eventually bump into friends outside of the Boundary for the last glass of rose for the season.
It has been a few years in the making but it is truly the moment for Eddie Peak, London’s newest cultural tastemaker extraordinaire, Eddie Peak. After graduating last year from the Royal Academy he has quickly gone on to have a major solo show at London’s institutional Barbican Centre, international representation and now a major commission by Victoria Beckham herself in her Dover Street store in London. Eddie’s Art career has risen alongside of his social and party reputation, as a key member of East London’s party scene, hosting nights with the likes of Prem Sahib in some of the best underground institutions in the city.
Art Basel Miami is just around the corner and is bound to be another star-studded event as the international art world is taken over by the celebrity machine. Unfortunately, the Prefunc team is stuck in London for December but we have stocked the bags of some of our closest friends so we know they will make it through this week in style!
